Vision
The CIP was created to change the world for the better in the following ways:

Bridge the economic divide by bringing women and other historically marginalized people groups to the top

Create a safe, judgement-free space where students can show up authentically to bring true value to the world

Empower students to create generational wealth while still having a career that they love (because 'day jobs' won't be the only income stream)

Encourage students to become their best selves financially, physically, spiritually, emotionally

Create lasting joy to combat the joy deficit caused by a stressful, capitalistic society

CIP core values:

Each human has inherent dignity and worth which should be respected (no one is inherently better than anyone else)

No one should ever be marginalized based on which socio-ethno-demographic people group(s) they belong to or affiliate with
